The Coppice Wedding Package

Our beautiful house is at your exclusive use for our two day Wedding package, including the most special day of your life.

Relax with your friends and family at The Coppice enjoying the use of our small but well tended garden, take advantage of the sun terrace for a pre-wedding drink or a post wedding celebration when returning from the marriage ceremony, Or in the colder months enjoy the warmth of our roaring log fire crackling in the hearth.

You will be served award winning foods accompanied with good wines and a very personal service, where both Barbara and I with our small dedicated team will attend to your every requirement.

From informal to formal arrangements, we will assist you in planning the details and timings to ensure your special day runs smoothly. Our menus are not set in stone and can be changed to your preferred choice and dietary requirements. This may mean a slight adjustment to the tariff but would be discussed with you to ensure your budgetary needs are met.

We provide a bride’s cake knife and round or square cake stand, fresh flowers can be ordered in for the table vases matching your colour scheme and we will assist you with your table plan and lay out your name cards and any gifts for your guests. The actual cutting of your cake, photographs, toast drink and coffee service are all arranged for you.

We have 9 individually decorated bedrooms, which includes 2 family rooms, all of which can sleep 20 guests if used to the right configuration and the package cost is based on this number. Our dining room can seat up to 28 persons so any extra friends or family in the area could also be invited, but there would be an additional cost for this as agreed during the planning process. Please note the exclusive fee, however, allows you to use The Coppice for a lesser number of guests if this suits your requirements. If you wish to take advantage of the whole day and have an early wedding breakfast we can always provide a small buffet of pâtés, cheeses and Breads or something a little more substantial should you require it for the evening.

We will require a non refundable fee of £500.00 to reserve the Coppice for your exclusive use and the full package value is to be paid 3 weeks before the event. All extras will be settled on the morning of your departure.

Rump of Saltmarsh Lamb braised with a thick mint gravy

Breast of Guinea Fowl quickly roasted and served with a Red wine Blackcurrant Jus

Roast Loin of Fellbred Pork fillet with an Apricot, Prune and Thyme stuffing served with apple crush and pan juices
Served with a selection of seasonal vegetable and potatoes
