The restaurant extension breathes new light and freshness into the Dining Room, creating spacious areas between the tables and is ideal for private parties, lunches and family gatherings.
From the outside, the extension has been designed to blend into the existing exterior, with a herb border on one side giving me fresh picked herbs which benefit all manner of dishes I create for our Menu.
We offer a good selection of quality dishes on our Dinner Menus. All the dishes are prepared in our kitchen from locally sourced products, local Fellbred, beef, lamb, pork and poultry, and fish from Fleetwood. Our Bed and Breakfast, breakfast boasts local championship sausage and locally cured bacon, all our menu's have vegetarian options.
N.B. Pre-booking for dinner is required before you go out for the day.

We were so pleased to receive this praise after an anonymous inspection. The lady inspector stayed over-night, had dinner and surprised us by announcing herself after Breakfast. We were given a few pointers on how to improve our marketing which we have responded too. All in all, she was very pleased and helpful.
The citation reads:
"For quality of food and service, showing high levels of technical skills, a serious approach to Cookery using Quality Seasonal Local produce and good raw ingredients.
Menus show extra imagination and Flair.
Surroundings show greater emphasis on quality, co-ordination, depth of style and decor"
The inspector chose as follows:
First course: Fanned Ogan mellon, drizzled with Grandmarnier, topped with a passion fruit sorbet with a light strawberry coulis.
Main course: Lemon Sole soufflé with fish roe and a Lemon Beurre Blanc Sauce, served with a selection of vegetables and New Potatoes crushed with chopped spring onion.
Dessert: An Iced Damson & Dramduie Mousse, with a damson compote, cinnamon cream and shortbread biscuit.
