Outside The Coppice, walk in any direction and you will soon see the Lakeland fells with Lake Windermere nestling between.

Famous for its walks, poets and Beatrix Potter - The Lake District is a haven for people on holiday, be it a short break or a week long stay. Summer or Winter, sunny or wet there is always plenty to see and do.

A short walk or drive will bring you to Museums, Stately Homes, Famous Gardens, Lake Cruises, rowing and motor boats. For the shoppers Windermere and Bowness offers a wide variety of quality retail and gift shops.

At the end of the day, walk along the lake shore and watch the sun setting across the water, an experience not to be missed.
