Fanned Honeydew Melon, drizzled with Orange Liqueur and topped with Passion Fruit Sorbet
Roasted Quail on a Patéd crouton, soaked in pan juices, with a Port and Blackcurrant Gravy
Poached Asparagus Tips Served Hot, brushed with butter, crushed black pepper and Hollandaise Sauce.
Charr grilled Sardines Mediterranean style, with a lovage, lemon, onion and olive oil dressing.
A rich Tomato and Basil Soup, Drizzled with Basil oil and Cream.
Served with Home Made Herb Bread.

Baked Fillet of Salmon with Dill, wrapped in filo pastry with a Dill Mousseline Sauce.
Wholemeal and Herb Pancake filled with Broccoli in a Cream wine Sauce, also a Pasta and Mushroom Bake,

or a Red Pepper stuffed with Spicy Couscous.
Supreme of Chicken, stuffed with Emmantal cheese and wrapped with Cumbrian air dried Ham, Sautéd with onion, wine and Cream.
Medallions of Beef Fillet, pan fried & topped with Café de Paris Butter

A Selection of Vegetables and Potato, served with all main courses.

Hot Sticky Toffee pudding with a Rich Fudge Sauce, with Ice cream or Whipped Cream.
Pear, Poached in a Burgundy Wine syrup, topped with Hot Chocolate Sauce with Whipped cream & Biscuit.
Iced Coffee Rum Soufflé with a Raspberry Coulis, cream and orange Short Bread.
Crisp Merangue nest filled with lemon whipped cream, topped and decorated with Summer Fruits.
