From the sideboard

A choice of 6 Cereals, Orange or Apple juice.
Porridge with a little Salt or Grapefruit segments.
Prunes cooked in a sugar syrup with
Lemon, Cinnamon & Honey.
Dried Winter Fruit poached in syrup
flavoured with star annise and mint.
Rhubarb simmered in syrup with a pinch of ginger, available seasonally.
Fruit yogurts.

We serve our own Home made Orange, Lemon, Lime & Grapefruit Marmalade,
and fruit Jams, with Honey from the Bee’s.
There are also a selection of Sauces and spreads
on the side table.

Cooked breakfast
Full House
1 or 2 free range eggs,
2 rashers of short back locally cured bacon,
Huddleston’s Championship pork Sausage.
Mushrooms (Cooked in butter with vegetable stock)
and Grilled Tomatoes.
Eggs are Fried, Scrambled, Boiled or Poached.
Or
A Bacon-or-Sausage Butty on Buttered thick white bread
or Buttered Toast.
Or
Scrambled Eggs with Smoked Salmon on toast.
(This is a stand alone dish)
Or
Loch Fyne Kippers served with bread & butter.
(This dish will take a little longer)
Or
Vegetarian
1 or 2 free range eggs, Mushrooms,
Grilled Tomatoes, Baked Beans and Hash Browns
and Vegetarian sausage.
White & Wholemeal Brown Toast is served with your cooked breakfast and
freshly Curled Butter or a non-butter choice.
If you would like White or Brown Toast only, please ask.
